Welcome to the September 2022 edition of the HealthTech Activator (HTA) Monthly Wrap. The beginning of this month saw the launch of the 2022 TIN Healthtech Insights Report: healthtech is a $2.9B sector, and its eleven TIN200 companies (5.5%) accounted for just over 20% of overall TIN200 revenue and 51.2% of growth.
This month’s HTA blog features Peter Townsend CNZM discussing the importance of continuing to support innovation across the sector and the specific role played by Te Papa Hauora, Christchurch Health Precinct in Canterbury.
The HTA has several upcoming events with a couple of company spots still available, so get in quick if you’re interested! On October 20th, we’ll be hosting companies in Auckland for the next Knowing your Customer and your Market workshop, and on November 3rd we’ll be in Christchurch for a valuation workshop. You can view all upcoming events on the HTA website.
Read on for links to everything mentioned above and more sector news from the past month.
If you have any comments or suggestions to improve this newsletter, we would love to hear from you! As always, thanks for subscribing to the HTA.
