Kia ora from Callaghan Innovation,
The HealthTech Activator (HTA) team hope you had a restful break over the Easter and ANZAC long weekends, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying the last remnants of summer.
In this Monthly Wrap we share in-person HTA events scheduled for May, and look ahead to several more events planned for June. As an HTA subscriber, you’ll get a first heads up about these June events as details are lined up. You can check out the details for our May events below.
In other healthtech sector news over the past month;
- Healthtech was well-represented among the Hi-Tech Awards finalists,
- Pictor announced a US partnership following their capital raise, and
- Rua Bioscience launched their first medicine.
On the upcoming ecosystem events front, the Consortium for Medical Device Technologies (CMDT) is hosting a BioBridge event, Techweek22 is just round the corner, and Healthtech Week is coming up in June.
We have included a poll on the HTA website homepage so that you, and others in the healthtech community, can let us know what resources, events and other content you’d like to see from the HTA in the second half of 2022. If you have a minute to spare we’d appreciate your input - you can comment via this link.
We’d also like to amend an error made in the last Monthly Wrap: NZHIT has rebranded as the Digital Health Association (DHA), with a fantastic new website to match.
You can explore links to everything discussed above and more below. As always, thanks for subscribing to the HTA.
